Hand Printed
Most of these were printed using hand carved stamps. I transfer my hand drawn images or printed out typography to rubber slabs, then use carving tools to create a relief for printing. Then I use different inks, depending what I am printing on. I have water based block printing ink and screen printing ink that I work with most of the time. I love the character that hand printing creates, I love the chance imperfections.

I recently acquired screen printing equipment, and I used that so far to print my green car illustration and a larger version of the camera stamp for a friends photography business!

The Eiffel Tower cards were printed on a Gocco machine with metallic gold ink. Gocco is a tiny Japanese mini screen printer. It prints 4 x 6 inch things.

The larger Eiffel Tower was made using another stamp process, where the image is cut out of foam and adhered to a block for printing.
